 1. పరీక్ష కొరకు అర్హత::

ప్రవేశ పరీక్షకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే విద్యార్థులు 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో చేరాలనుకునే తరగతికి ముందు ఉండే తరగతి 2024-25 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో చదివి ఉండవలెను ఉదాహరణకు 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో ఏడవ తరగతి ప్రవేశం కొరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే విద్యార్థి 2024-25 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో ఆరవ తరగతి చదివి ఉండవలె

2. ఆదాయ పరిమితిఃః

విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రుల సంరక్షకుల సంవత్సర ఆదాయం రూ. 100000 మింద రాదు.

> జిల్లాలోని గురుకుల పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి ఆ జిల్లాలోని పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతూ ఉండాలి.

> విద్యార్థులు సంబంధిత జిల్లాలోని ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో గత సంవత్సరం చదివి ఉండాలి.

పరీక్షా కేంద్రాలు:

అంపోలు, టెక్కలి (శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లా), నెల్లిమర్ల, పార్వతీపురం (విజయనగరం జిల్లా),సింహాచలం (విశాఖపట్నం జిల్లా), పెద్దాపురం, అమలాపురం (ఈస్ట్ గోదావరి), నర్సాపురం, తాడేపల్లిగూడెం (కడకట్ల), వెస్ట్ గోదావరి), మోపిదేవి, మైలవరం (కృష్ణా జిల్లా), సత్తెనపల్లి, వినుకొండ (గుంటూరు జిల్లా), వేటపాలెం, మార్కాపురం (ప్రకాశం జిల్లా), గొలగమూడి (ఎస్సీఎస్ఆర్ నెల్లూరు జిల్లా), వనిపెంట, కమలాపురం (వైయస్సార్ కడప జిల్లా), కలికిరి, ఉదయమాణిక్యం (చిత్తూరు జిల్లా), నార్నాల, ఈస్ట్ నరసాపురం (అనంతపురం జిల్లా).

4. ప్రవేశ పరీక్షః:

6 నుండి 9వ తరగతులలో ప్రవేశమునకు జరుగు ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలో తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీష్,

గణితం, సైన్స్ మరియు సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం సబ్జెక్టుల వారీగా 5 నుండి 8వ తరగతుల సిలబస్ ను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని రెండు గంటల వ్యవధిలో వంద మార్కులకు (తెలుగు 20, ఇంగ్లీష్ 20, గణితం 20, సైన్స్ 20, మరియు సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం 20) మార్కులకు ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ టైపులో ఉంటుంది.

> జవాబులను ఓఎంఆర్ షీట్ లో గుర్తించాలి. > పరీక్ష ప్రశ్నాపత్రం ఇంగ్లీషులో ఉంటుంది.

>సిలబస్ - 6వ తరగతి ప్రవేశమునకు సంబంధించిన పరీక్షకు గాను ఐదవ తరగతి సిలబస్ నుండి తెలుగు (20), ఇంగ్లీష్ (20), లెక్కలు (20), ఐ.వీ.ఎస్ (40) మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది.

7వ తరగతి ప్రవేశమునకు సంబంధించిన పరీక్షకు గాను ఆరవ తరగతి సిలబస్ నుండి తెలుగు (20), ఇంగ్లీష్ (20), లెక్కలు (20), సైన్స్ (20), సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం (20) మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది.

8వ తరగతి ప్రవేశమునకు సంబంధించిన పరీక్షకు గాను ఏడవ తరగతి సిలబస్ నుండి తెలుగు (20), ఇంగ్లీష్ (20), లెక్కలు (20), సైన్స్ (20), సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం (20) మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది.

9వ తరగతి ప్రవేశమునకు సంబంధించిన పరీక్షకు గాను 8వ తరగతి సిలబస్ నుండి తెలుగు (20), ఇంగ్లీష్ (20), లెక్కలు (20), సైన్స్ (20), సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం (20) మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది.

5. పరీక్షా కేంద్రం

విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్ధులకు వారి సొంత పాత జిల్లాలలో నిర్దేశించబడిన మహాత్మ జ్యోతిబాపూలే ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాలలో పరీక్ష నిర్వహించబడును.

మహాత్మ జ్యోతిబాపూలే ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల సంస్థ 2వ అంతస్తు ప్లాట్ నెంబర్ 9, 4వ వీధి, బండి స్టాండ్లీ వీధి, ఉమా శంకర్ నగర్, కానూరు, విజయవాడ 5200007.

2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరం కి 6 నుండి 9వ తరగతులలో మిగిలిన ఖాళీలకు ప్రవేశ ప్రకటన

మహాత్మ జ్యోతిబాపూలే ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల సంస్థ విజయవాడ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించబడుతున్న బీసీ బాల బాలికల పాఠశాలలలో 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి గాను 6 నుండి 9 తరగతులలో మిగిలి ఉన్న ఖాళీలను ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం స్టేట్ సిలబస్ బీసీ, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, మరియు ఈ బీసీ విద్యార్థుల నుండి ప్రవేశానికి దరఖాస్తులు కోరడమైనది. ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష జరుగు తేది 28.04.2025 ఉదయం 10:30 నుండి 12:30 గంటల వరకు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వచ్చిన దరఖాస్తులను అనుసరించి నిర్దేశించిన ఎం జె పి పాఠశాలల్లో పరీక్ష నిర్వహించబడును.

6. పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి ఎంపిక విధానం:

అర్హులైన విద్యార్ధులకు ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష ద్వారా మిగిలి ఉన్న ఖాళీలకు ప్రతిభా, రిజర్వేషన్, ప్రత్యేక కేటగిరి, అనాధ, మత్స్యకార మరియు అభ్యర్థి కోరిన పాఠశాల ప్రాధాన్యతల ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక చేయబడును.

> ఏదైనా రిజర్వేషన్ కేటగిరీ అభ్యర్ధులు లేనియెడల అట్టి ఏదని రిజర్వేషన్ ఖాళీలను బిసి కేటగిరి అభ్యర్థులకు కేటాయిస్తారు.

> ఎంపిక సమానమైన ర్యాంక్ ఒకరి కంటే ఎక్కువ మందికి వచ్చినప్పుడు పుట్టిన తేదీ ప్రకారం అధిక వయస్సు గల విద్యార్థికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడును, ఒకవేళ సమానమైన ర్యాంకు వస్తే లెక్కలలో పొందిన మార్కులను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుంటారు. గణితంలో కూడా సమానమైన మార్కులు వస్తే సైన్స్ లో పొందిన మార్కులను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుంటారు.

>ఎంపికైన విద్యార్థులు ప్రవేశానికి అర్హులు కానిచో అట్టి ప్రవేశాన్ని నిరాకరించుటకు సంస్థకు అధికారం ఉంది.

>ప్రవేశానికి ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు మాత్రమే ప్రవేశ అనుమతి పత్రాలు కాల్ లెటర్స్ పంపబడును లేదా ఫోన్ ద్వారా సమాచారం ఇవ్వబడును.

7. దరఖాస్తు చేయు విధానం:

అభ్యర్ధులు పై అర్హతలు పరిశీలించుకొని సంతృప్తి చెందిన తరువాత ఏదేని (Payment) ఏ.పి. ఆన్ లైన్ కి ప్రాథమిక వివరాలతో (విద్యార్థి పేరు, పుట్టిన తేదీ, తండ్రి లేక సంరక్షకుని మొబైల్ నెంబరు) వెళ్లి రూ. 100/- చెల్లించిన తరువాత ఒక జనరల్ నంబరు ఇవ్వబడుతుంది జనరల్ నెంబరు పొందినంతమాత్రాన దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నట్లు కాదు అది కేవలం దరఖాస్తు రుసుము చెల్లించినట్లు తెలియజేయు నంబర్ మాత్రమే.

> ఆ జనరల్ నంబర్ ఆధారంగా ఏదైనా ఇంటర్నెట్ సెంటర్ లేదా కంప్యూటర్ నుండి వెబ్ సైటు https://mjpapbcwreis.apcfss.in/ ద్వారా ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి ఈ జనరల్ నెంబరును పరీక్ష ఫీజు చెల్లించిన వివరాలకు కేటాయించిన స్థలం నందు నమోదు చేయవలెను.

> ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తును తేదీ 15.02.2025 నుండి తేదీ 15.03.2025 వరకు చేసుకోవచ్చును.

> ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తులు పంపిన తర్వాత ఒక రిఫరెన్స్ నంబరు ఇవ్వబడును నింపిన దరఖాస్తు నమూనా కాపీని ప్రింట్ తీసుకొని ఉంచుకోవాలి.

> దరఖాస్తు చేయు సమయానికి అభ్యర్థి వద్ద కుల ధ్రువీకరణ, సమీకృత కుల జనన ఆదాయ ధ్రువ పత్రాలు, పుట్టిన తేదీ, ఆదాయ ధ్రువీకరణ, ప్రత్యేక కేటగిరీ ధ్రువీకరణ, స్టడీ మరియు బోనఫైడ్ సర్టిఫికెట్ మొదలగు ధ్రువపత్రాలు ఒరిజినల్ పొంది ఉండాలి ఒరిజినల్ ధ్రువపత్రాలను కౌన్సెలింగ్ సమయంలో సమర్పించాలి. లేని ఎడల విద్యార్ధి ఎంపిక కాబడిన సీటు ఇవ్వబడదు.

> ఆన్లైన్లో కాక నేరుగా సంస్థకు గాని గురుకుల పాఠశాలకు గానీ మరియు ఈమెయిల్ ద్వారా గాని పంపిన దరఖాస్తులను పరిశీలించరు అట్టి అభ్యర్థులను పరీక్షకు

అనుమతించరు.

> హాల్ టికెట్లు పోస్టులో గానీ నేరుగా గాని అభ్యర్ధులకు పంపబడవు కేవలం ఇంటర్నెట్ ద్వారా మాత్రమే డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలి.

> అర్హత లేని అభ్యర్థుల దరఖాస్తులు పరిశీలించబడవు,

8. ధరఖాస్తు నింపుటకు అభ్యర్థులకు కొన్ని ముఖ్య సూచనలు ::

> ధరఖాస్తును ఆన్ లైన్ లో నింపడానికి ముందుగా నమూనా దరఖాస్తు నింపుకోవాలి.

> పారీక్షా కేంద్రాన్ని వారి సొంత జిల్లాను మాత్రమే ఎంపిక చేయాలి.

> కౌన్సిలింగ్ ద్వారా సీట్లు భర్తీ చేయబడతాయి.

> పాస్ పోర్ట్ సైజు ఫోటోను సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.

> ధరఖాస్తులను నింపునప్పుడు అభ్యర్థి వివరాలను జాగ్రత్తగా నమోదు చేయవలెను. > సెల్ నెంబరు వ్రాయునప్పుడు విద్యార్థి కుటుంబమునకు సంబంధించిన నంబరు లేదా సమీప బంధువుల నెంబరు ఇవ్వవలెను.

> దరఖాస్తు నింపుటకు జరుగు పొరపాట్లకు అభ్యర్థియే పూర్తి బాధ్యత వహించాలి. తదుపరి ఏ విధమైన మార్పులు చేయబడవు..

> ఒకసారి దరఖాస్తును ఆన్ లైన్ లో అప్లోడ్ చేసిన తరువాత ఎలాంటి మార్పులకు తావులేదు కావున దరఖాస్తును అప్లోడ్ చేయుటకు ముందే అన్ని వివరాలు సరిచూసుకోవాలి.

> ప్రవేశ పరీక్షకు హాజరయినంత మాత్రాన అడ్మిషన్ కి అర్హులు కాదు.

>ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం కేటాయించిన సీట్లలో రిజర్వేషన్ అమలు చేయబడును. > పట్టిక-1 లో చూపించిన విధంగా ఆయా జిల్లాల విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్ధులు ఆయా పాఠశాలలలో ప్రవేశానికి అర్హులు ఒక పాఠశాల నుండి వేరొక పాఠశాలకు ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలో అడ్మిషన్ బదిలీ చేయబడదు.

9. విద్యార్ధులకు అందించే సదుపాయాలు ::

> ఉచిత వసతి మరియు గురుకుల విధానంలో చదువుకునే విద్యార్థులకు నెలకు రూ. 1400 తో పౌష్టిక విలువలతో కూడిన ఆహారం అందచేయబడును.

> మూడు జతల యూనిఫారం దుస్తులు.

> దుప్పటి మరియు జంఖానా

> ఒక జత బూట్లు, సాక్స్

> టై మరియు బెల్ట్

> నోటు పుస్తకాలు టెక్స్ట్ పుస్తకాలు అందచేయబడును.

కాస్మోటిక్ చార్జిల నిమిత్తం బాలురకు నెలకు 125 రూపాయల చొప్పున (5, 6 తరగతులు), 7వ తరగతి నుండి ఇంటర్మీడియట్ వరకు బాలురకు 150 రూపాయలు బాలికలకు 6, 7వ తరగతుల వరకు చదువుతున్న పిల్లలకు నెలకు 130 చొప్పున మరియు 8వ తరగతి ఆ పై క్లాసుల పిల్లలకు నెలకు 250 రూపాయలు చొప్పున చెల్లించడం జరుగుతున్నది మరియు బాలురకు నెలకు 50 రూపాయలు చొప్పున సెలూన్ నిమిత్తం ఖర్చు చేయడం జరుగుతున్నది.

> సమీకృత పౌష్టిక ఆహారం క్రింద రోజు వేరుశనగ చిక్కి వారానికి ఆరు దినములు గుడ్లు రెండు సార్లు చికెన్ ఇవ్వబడును.

మహాత్మ జ్యోతిబాపూలే ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల సంస్థ విజయవాడ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించబడుతున్న బీసీ బాల బాలికల పాఠశాలల్లో 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి గాను 5వ తరగతి (ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం) స్టేట్ సిలబస్ బీసీ, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ మరియు ఈబీసీ అభ్యర్ధుల నుండి ప్రవేశానికి దరఖాస్తులు కోరడమైనది ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష తేదీ నాడు ఉదయం 10 నుండి మధ్యాహ్నం 12 గంటల వరకు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వచ్చిన దరఖాస్తుల ననుసరించి ఆయా ఏం.జె.పి. పాఠశాలల్లో . లేదా బీసీ హాస్టల్ లో పరీక్ష నిర్వహించబడును.

1. పరీక్ష కొరకు అర్హత::

వయస్సు: బీసీ ఈబీసీ మరియు ఇతర విద్యార్థులు 11 సంవత్సరాల వయసు మించి ఉండరాదు వీరు 01.09.2014 మరియు 31.08.2016 మధ్య జన్మించి ఉండాలి. ఎస్సీ ఎస్టీ విద్యార్థులు 12 సంవత్సరముల! మించి ఉండరాదు. వీరు 01.09.2013 మరియు 31.08.2016 మధ్య జన్మించి ఉండాలి.

2. ఆదాయ పరిమితి::

విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రుల సంరక్షకుల సంవత్సర ఆదాయం రూ. 100000 లకు మించరాదు.

పాత జిల్లాల ప్రకారము జిల్లాలోని గురుకుల పాఠశాలలో ప్రవేశానికి ఆ జిల్లాలోని పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతూ ఉండాలి.

విద్యార్థులు సంబంధిత జిల్లాలోని ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలలో గత రెండు సంవత్సరాల నుండి నిరంతరంగా 2023-24, 2024-25 చదువుతూ ఉండాలి. విద్యార్థులు సంబంధిత జిల్లాలోని ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలల్లో నాలుగవ తరగతి 2024 25 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో చదివి ఉండాలి.

3. పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశం::

విద్యార్థుల ఎంపికకు ప్రతి జిల్లా ఒక యూనిట్ గా పరిగణించబడుతుంది పట్టిక ఒకటిలో ఆయా జిల్లాలకు సీట్ల కేటాయింపు వివరాలు పొందుపరచడమైనది.

4. ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష::

ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీషు, లెక్కలు, పరిసరాల విజ్ఞానం (సైన్స్ మరియు సాంఘిక శాస్త్రం) లలో 4వ తరగతి స్థాయిలో (02) రెండు గంటల వ్యవధిలో 100 మార్కులకు తెలుగు 15 ఇంగ్లీషు 25 లెక్కలు 30 పరిసరాల విజ్ఞానం 30 మార్కులలో ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ టైపులో ఉంటుంది.

>జవాబులను ఓఎంఆర్ షీట్ లో గుర్తించాలి.

>పరీక్ష ప్రశ్నా పత్రం తెలుగు మరియు ఇంగ్లీషులో ఉంటుంది.

5. పరీక్షా కేంద్రం::

విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్థులకు వారి సొంత జిల్లాల్లో మాత్రమే పరీక్ష నిర్వహించబడును పరీక్షా కేంద్రం వివరాలు హాల్ టిక్కెట్ లో ఇవ్వబడును ఒక పరీక్ష కేంద్రంలో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య తక్కువైనప్పుడు ఆ విద్యార్ధులను దగ్గరలోని ఇతర పరీక్షా కేంద్రాలకు కేటాయించబడును.

6. పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి ఎంపిక విధానం::

అర్హులైన విద్యార్ధులకు ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలో ప్రతిభ, రిజర్వేషన్, ప్రత్యేక కేటగిరి( ఆనాధ, మత్స్యకార) మరియు అభ్యర్థి కోరన పాఠశాల ప్రాధాన్యతల ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక చేయబడును..

>ఏదేని రిజర్వేషన్ కేటగిరీలో అభ్యర్ధులు లేనియెడల అట్టి ఏదేని రిజర్వేషన్ ఖాళీలను బిసి కేటగిరి అభ్యర్థులకు కేటాయిస్తారు.

>ఎంపిక సమానమైన ర్యాండ్ ఒకరి కంటే ఎక్కువ మందికి వచ్చినప్పుడు పుట్టిన తేదీ ప్రకారం అధిక వయస్సు గల విద్యార్థికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడును అప్పుడు కూడా సమానమైన ర్యాంకు వస్తే లెక్కలలో పొందిన మార్కులను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుంటారు అప్పుడు కూడా సమానమైన ర్యాంకు పొందితే పరిసరాల విజ్ఞానంలో పొందిన మార్కులను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుంటాడు.

>ఎంపికైన విద్యార్థులు ప్రవేశానికి అర్హులు కానిచో అట్టి ప్రవేశాన్ని నిరాకరించుటకు సంస్థకు అధికారం ఉంది.

>ప్రవేశానికి ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్ధులకు మాత్రమే ప్రవేశ అనుమతి పత్రాలు కాల్ లెటర్స్ పంపబడును లేదా ఫోన్ ద్వారా సమాచారం ఇవ్వబడును.

>మెరిట్ లిస్ట్ మార్కుల ఆధారంగా మొదటి లిస్టు రెండవ టెస్టు మూడవ లిస్టు ఖాళీలను బట్టి ఇవ్వబడుతుంది

7. దరఖాస్తు చేయు విధానం

1.అభ్యర్ధులు పై అర్హతలు పరిశీలించుకుని సంతృప్తి చెందిన తరువాత ఏదేని సిమెంట్ ఏపీ ఆన్లైన్ ప్రాథమిక వివరాలతో విద్యార్ధి పేరు పుట్టిన తేదీ తండ్రి సంరక్షకుని మొబైల్ నెంబరు వెళ్లి రు 100 చెల్లించిన తరువాత ఒక జర్నల్ నంబరు ఇవ్వబడుతుంది జర్నల్ నంబరు పొందినంత మాత్రాన దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నట్లు కాదు అది కేవలం దరఖాస్తు రుసుము చెల్లించినట్లు తెలియజేయు నంబర్ మాత్రమే.

ఆ జనరల్ నెంబర్ ఆధారంగా ఏదేని ఇంటర్నెట్ సెంటర్ లేదా కంప్యూటర్ నుండి వెబ్సైట్ http://... ద్వారా ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి ఈ జనరల్ నెంబర్ను పరీక్ష ఫీజు చెల్లించిన వివరాలకు కేటాయించిన స్థలం కాలంలో నమోదు చేయవలెను.

ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తును తేదీ 15.02.2015 నుండి 15.03.2025 తేదీ వరకు చేసుకోవచ్చును ఆన్లైన్ .    *దరఖాస్తును పంపిన తరువాత ఒక రిఫరెన్స్ నెంబరు ఇవ్వబడును నింపిన దరఖాస్తు నమోనా కాపీని ప్రింట్ తీసుకొని ఉంచుకోవాలి.

* దరఖాస్తు చేయు సమయానికి అభ్యర్ధి వద్ద కుల ధ్రువీకరణ సమీకృత కుల, జనన, ఆదాయం ధ్రువపత్రాలు) పుట్టిన తేదీ, ఆదాయ ధ్రువీకరణ, ప్రత్యేక కేటగిరి ధ్రువీకరణ, స్టడీ మరియు బోనఫైడ్ సర్టిఫికెట్ మొదలగు దృవపత్రాలు (ఒరిజినల్) పొంది ఉండాలి. ఒరిజినల్ దృవపత్రాలను కౌన్సిలింగ్ సమయంలో సమర్పించాలి. లేనియెడల విద్యార్ధి ఎంపిక కాబడిన సీటు ఇవ్వబడదు.

* ఆన్లైన్లో కాక నేరుగా సంస్థకు గాని గురుకుల పాఠశాలకు గాని మరియు ఈమెయిల్ ద్వారా గాని పంపిన దరఖాస్తులను పరిశీలించారు అట్టి అభ్యర్థులను పరీక్షకు అనుమతించరు. > హాల్ టికెట్లు పరీక్ష తేదికి 7 రోజులు ముందుగా తమ రెఫరెన్స్ నెంబర్ ద్వారా హాల్ టికెట్లు దగ్గరలోని ఏదైనా ఇంటర్నెట్ ఆన్లైన్ సెంటర్ నుండి డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చును.

> హాల్ టికెట్లు పోస్టులో గానీ నేరుగా గాని అభ్యర్థులకు పంపబడవు కేవలం ఇంటర్నెట్ ద్వారా మాత్రమే డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలి.

* అర్హత లేని అభ్యర్థుల దరఖాస్తులు పరిశీలించబడవు.

8. దరఖాస్తు నింపుటకు అభ్యర్థులకు కొన్ని ముఖ్య సూచనలు

> దరఖాస్తును ఆన్లైన్లో నింపడానికి ముందుగా నమూనా దరఖాస్తు నింపుకోవాలి.

పరీక్ష కేంద్రాన్ని వారి సొంత జిల్లాను మాత్రమే ఎంపిక చేయాలి.

> పాఠశాల ప్రాధాన్యత క్రమము ఎంచుకోవడానికి ముందు పాఠశాలల పట్టికను చూసుకొని నింపాలి.

> పాస్పోర్ట్ సైజ్ ఫోటోను సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.

> దరఖాస్తును నింపునప్పుడు అభ్యర్థి వివరాలను జాగ్రత్తగా నమోదు చేయవలెను.

>సెల్ నెంబరు వ్రాయునప్పుడు విద్యార్థి కుటుంబమునకు సంబంధించిన' నంబరు లేదా సమీప బంధువు నంబరు ఇవ్వవలయును.

దరఖాస్తు నింపుటకు జరుగు పొరపాట్లకు అభ్యర్థియే పూర్తి బాధ్యత వహించాలి తదుపరి ఏ విధమైన మార్పులు చేయబడవు.

> ఒకసారి దరఖాస్తును ఆన్లైన్లో అప్లోడ్ చేసిన తరువాత ఎలాంటి మార్పులకు తావు లేదు. కావున దరఖాస్తును అప్లోడ్ చేయుటకు ముందే అన్నీ వివరాలు సరిచూసుకోవాలి.

- ప్రవేశ పరీక్షకు హాజరైనంత మాత్రాన ప్రవేశానికి అర్హులు కాదు.

> ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం కేటాయించిన సీట్లలో రిజర్వేషన్ అమలు చేయబడును.

పట్టిక ఒకటి లో చూపించిన విధంగా ఆయా జిల్లాల విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్థులు ఆయా పాఠశాలలలో ప్రవేశానికి అర్హులు ఒక పాఠశాల నుండి వేరొక పాఠశాలకు ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలో బదిలీ చేయబడరు.

It is proposed to fill up seats in Intermediate 1st year in 18 MJPAPBCW Residential junior colleges through MJP AP BC RIC CET-2025. The tentative list of available seats in each of the institutions along with Jurisdiction is shown at Annexure —A (1) & (2). Interested candidates can submit their online

2. Important Instructions for filling the online application form

¥ Students who are studying Telugu Medium in 10th Class are also eligible to apply.

¥ Boys have to apply in Boys Colleges and Girls have to apply in Girls Colleges only.

Y Any information regarding this test shall also be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate through SMS.

Hence, the candidates should provide the working mobile

3. Eligibility

Income	The annual income of the parent of the applicant shall not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum as certified by the Tahsildar.

4. Reservation pattern:

The ratio for admission of students into MJPAP BC Residential Junior Colleges: |BC-and Orphans: 3%.A: 20%, BC-B: 28%, BC-C: 3%, BC-D: 19%, BC-E: 4%, SC: 15%, ST: 6%, EBC: 2% |

In Fishermen Colleges: Fishermen children- 46%, BC-A: 7%, BC-B: 10%, BC-C: 1%, BC-D: 7%, BC_E: 4%, SC: 15%, ST: 6%, EBC: 1%, Orphans: 3%.

75% of the seats are reserved for the students of BC Residential Schools and BC |Welfare Hostels and remaining 25 % Seats are allotted for other students who have jf studied in Social Welfare, Tribal Welfare Residential Schools, Hostels, ZP Schools or Private Schools. In case there is any short fall of admissions in any one category, as |on the date of admission, students from the waiting list in the other category can be admitted Vice-Versa.

> Up to 3% of seats are earmarked for orphans/ destitutes (as per G.O.Ms.No.47, Dated: 31.08.2010 of Women & Child Welfare Department).

> 4% percentage of reservation is allotted to disabled persons irrespective of category

> All vacant seats after the completion of admission process/non-availability of other category students shall be filled by BC candidates. |

> Candidates should upload their photo and signature within 50 to 150 kb size only.

> The Candidates must opted the colleges while applying online. The candidates shall be considered for admission into the colleges according to their preference, based on the availability of seats in those institutions as per the rule of reservation and merit.

Choosing only one course is required for students when submitting their online application

> ie. MPC/BIPC/MEC/CEC.

1) The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test APTET- JULY- 2024 will be
conducted by the Department of School Education, Government of Andhra 
Pradesh in all Districts of the State through a Computer Based Test. The 
candidates belonging to Manyam and ASR (Alluri Seetha Rama Raju) districts will be accommodated in the nearby Districts. The main objective to conduct Teacher Eligibility Test is to ensure National Standards and benchmark of Teacher Quality in the recruitment process in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). One of the essential qualification for a person to be eligible for appointment as teacher in any of the school (Both Government and Private) referred to in class (n) section-2 of the RTE Act is that he/she should pass the TET conducted by the Department of School Education.

2. Online applications are invited for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test APTET- July-2024 from the candidates for all those aspiring to be Teachers in State Government, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad, Municipality, A.P. Model Schools, A.P Residential Schools, all Welfare Society Schools, Private Aided Schools and Private Un-aided schools etc., under the control of Andhra Pradesh State for classes I to VIII. Government of India have enacted RTE Act, 2009 on 27.08.2009 titled “The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education”. Sub-Section (1) of section 23 of the RTE Act, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi has laid down minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a Teacher for Classes I to VIII in its Principal Notification dated 23rd August, 2010 and amendments issued thereon. The minimum qualification includes a pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) pursuant to the said guidelines; it has been decided to conduct Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
3. Those candidates who possess D.EL.Ed. / B.Ed or its equivalent qualifications shown in Information Bulletin and candidates pursuing final semester of the said courses with requisite percentage of marks obtained as given in Information Bulletin of APTET can appear for APTET-JUlLY-2024. However, the candidates intending to seek employment as a teacher in private unaided schools following Central or State syllabus shall have the option of appearing at CTET conducted by Central Government through CBSE instead of APTET, if they so desire. Those candidates who desire to improve their APTET score shall also apply for APTET-JULY -2024.

4. To bring in utmost transparency and accuracy in the conduct of examinations APTET-JULY- 2024 will be conducted through Computer Based Test in Paper-1A , Paper-1B, Paper-2A and Paper-2B. The candidate who intends to be teachers for Classes I to V have to appear for Paper-1A and the candidates intending to be teachers for Classes VI to VIII have to appear for paper-2A. 

The candidate who intends to be teachers for Classes I to V in Special 
Education Schools have to appear for the examination under Paper -1B and 
the candidates who intends to be teachers for Classes from VI to VIII have to 
appear for paper-2B in respect of Special Education Schools. The candidates 
who are having both D.El.Ed. and B.Ed. qualifications, intends to be teachers 
for all Classes from I to VIII are only eligible to appear for all papers, i.e. 
Paper-1A , Paper-1B, Paper-2A and Paper-2B as per requisite qualifications.

 
5.Examination FEE:
The fee towards submission of application online and for the conduct of 
Computer Based Examination is Rs.750/- for each Paper-1A, Paper-1B, 
Paper-2A and Paper-2B separately. Candidates shall pay the fee through 
payment Gateway from 03.07.2024 to 16.07.2024 and submit online 
application at the APTET website http://cse.ap.gov.in from 04.07.2024 to 
17.07.2024
Note: If the candidate who is having both D.El.Ed general/special and B.Ed general/special qualifications desires to apply for all papers, he/she has to pay Rs.750/- for each paper separately.

6. Procedure for Submission of Application Online:

Detailed procedure for applying ONLINE is given in the Information Bulletin. 
Candidates can download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the APTET website http://cse.ap.gov.in from 02.07.2024 onwards. Candidates can submit their applications online from 04.07.2024 to 17.07.2024. No candidate is allowed for Edit / Modify the application once submitted.
Note:-The candidates are instructed to submit the application carefully with full awareness of notification. Any corrections / Modifications will not be considered if candidate need to change or modify he/she has to pay Rs. 750/- with separate application within the due date.
7. EXAMINATION CENTERS:
The APTET-JULY- 2024 will be conducted through ‘ONLINE’ in 24 districts 
except Manyam and ASR in Andhra Pradesh. The candidates belong to 
Manyam and ASR (Alluri Sita Rama Raju) district can opt examination centres in the nearby districts. A window will be opened to the Candidates to opt the DISTRICT and SESSION in the available centers indicated in the website. 
The examination centers will be closed based on the option exercised by the 
candidate (This will be purely on first come first serve basis). No change 
of the examination center will be allowed once opted during the window. If 
once the session capacity of the centers is exhausted then the candidate 
should choose another date and another session at available districts. If the 
candidate failed to opt Examination centre in the prescribed date mentioned above. The department will allot the examination centre in the available examination centers
However, the allotment of examination centers shall be the discretion of the 
department and request for change of examination centers or sessions is not allowed under any circumstances. However preference will be given to PHC candidates by accommodating in the same district.
Note: Candidate should opt in first cum-first serve basis. 
8.Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates at the time of applying for APTET-JULY- 2024 should possess
minimum qualifications prescribed Paper-1A , Paper-1B for a teacher for I to V classes, and Paper-2A, Paper-2B for a teacher for VI to VIII classes as given 
in Information Bulletin. The candidates, who are pursuing final semester in
any of the Teacher Education Courses recognized by the NCTE( National
Council for Teacher Education) or the RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India), 
can also appear for the APTET –JULY- 2024.
However, it is clarified that appearance or a pass in APTET by itself will not 
vest any right for the candidate to be considered for appointment to the post of Teacher in Government / Zilla Parishad / Mandal Parishad / Municipal/AP Model School / Welfare Schools / Society Schools/ Private Un-aided and Private Aided Schools etc., under the control of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh unless he/she possess the qualifications prescribed for appointment to such post in the relevant statutory recruitment rules framed by State Government from time to time or by the said management as on the date prescribed therein., and also pass in Teacher Eligibility Test. The details of qualifications prescribed for APTET-JULY-2024 are provided in the 
Information Bulletin.
 9. Structure, Content and Syllabus of APTET- JULY-2024:

10. Pass Criteria in TET Paper- 1A, Paper- 1B & Paper- 2A, Paper-2B 

APTET-JULY- 2024 Tentative Results will be declared after completion of 
examination. However the final result will be given after final key as per the 
scheduled. The criteria for considering pass mark in APTET-JULY-2024 are
as follows:  

 Note: In case of Differently Abled (Visually, Orthopedically, Hearing Impaired and Autism) candidates clause 10a(iii) will be applicable to differently abled candidates with at least 40% disability based on the valid disability certificate as prescribed by the competent authority as notified by the Government from time to time.
11. Validity period of TET Certificate / Marks Memo:
APTET Certificate / Marks Memo shall remain valid for life time in 
accordance with NCTE guidelines dated: 09.06.2021 as amended by the 
Government in G.O.Ms.No.69, Dated: 25.10.2021. The validity of TET 
qualifying certificate acquired prior to 09.06.2021 shall be life time as per
G.O.Ms.No.69, Dated: 25.10.2021. This certificate will also be made 
available in Digi- Locker from date and time of TET result.
12. Weightage for APTET-JULY-2024 Score for selection in District Selection 
Committee (DSC) Recruitments: 20% Weightage will be given to APTET score in the ensuing Teacher Recruitment of the State Government. In other words, 20% Weightage is for APTET score and 80% Weightage for written test in Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) for drawing up the selection list. 
13. Normalization:
Normalization procedure/Technique will be adopted for APTET -2024.
14. Legal Jurisdiction:
All legal disputes with regard to the conduct of TET shall be subject to the 
Jurisdiction of the Honourable Courts located in the State of Andhra Pradesh only
