It is hereby informed that, the Departmental Tests May-2024 Session (Notification No.09/2024) are scheduled to be held from 28.07.2024 to 02.08.2024 at 16 district centers of Andhra Pradesh and a total of 33,603 candidates have applied for the Departmental Tests. The candidates are herewith informed that, they may download their Hall Tickets from the Commission's website https://psc.ap.gov.in from 19.07.2024 onwards till the last date of examinations i.e., 02.08.2024.

ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, in his letter 3rd read above, Government, in order to provide sufficient time for the aspiring candidates for their preparation to APTET, hereby decides to review the already announced APTET, July-2024 Schedule, by ensuring that there will be a time gap of 90 days from the date of notification to the date of conduct of examinations.

2. Accordingly, Government, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of School Education, to revise the schedule of AP Teacher Eligibility Test, July, 2024, as detailed below:-

REVISED SCHEDULE-APTET-JULY-2024:

Date of issuing of TET 1 Notification and Publishing of Information Bulletin :: 02/07/2024

Payment of Fees through 2 Payment Gateway:: 03/07/2024 to 03/08/2024

Online submission of 3 application through http://cse.ap.gov.in :: 03/07/2024 to 03/08/2024

4 Availability of Online Mock Test. :: 19/09/2024 onwards

5 Download of Hall Tickets :: 22/09/2024 onwards

6 Paper-1A & Paper-18:  03/10/20024 to 20/10/2024

Both sessions in all days

9.30 AM to 12.00 Noon (Session-1)

1) The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test APTET- JULY- 2024 will be
conducted by the Department of School Education, Government of Andhra 
Pradesh in all Districts of the State through a Computer Based Test. The 
candidates belonging to Manyam and ASR (Alluri Seetha Rama Raju) districts will be accommodated in the nearby Districts. The main objective to conduct Teacher Eligibility Test is to ensure National Standards and benchmark of Teacher Quality in the recruitment process in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). One of the essential qualification for a person to be eligible for appointment as teacher in any of the school (Both Government and Private) referred to in class (n) section-2 of the RTE Act is that he/she should pass the TET conducted by the Department of School Education.

2. Online applications are invited for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test APTET- July-2024 from the candidates for all those aspiring to be Teachers in State Government, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad, Municipality, A.P. Model Schools, A.P Residential Schools, all Welfare Society Schools, Private Aided Schools and Private Un-aided schools etc., under the control of Andhra Pradesh State for classes I to VIII. Government of India have enacted RTE Act, 2009 on 27.08.2009 titled “The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education”. Sub-Section (1) of section 23 of the RTE Act, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi has laid down minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a Teacher for Classes I to VIII in its Principal Notification dated 23rd August, 2010 and amendments issued thereon. The minimum qualification includes a pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) pursuant to the said guidelines; it has been decided to conduct Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
3. Those candidates who possess D.EL.Ed. / B.Ed or its equivalent qualifications shown in Information Bulletin and candidates pursuing final semester of the said courses with requisite percentage of marks obtained as given in Information Bulletin of APTET can appear for APTET-JUlLY-2024. However, the candidates intending to seek employment as a teacher in private unaided schools following Central or State syllabus shall have the option of appearing at CTET conducted by Central Government through CBSE instead of APTET, if they so desire. Those candidates who desire to improve their APTET score shall also apply for APTET-JULY -2024.

4. To bring in utmost transparency and accuracy in the conduct of examinations APTET-JULY- 2024 will be conducted through Computer Based Test in Paper-1A , Paper-1B, Paper-2A and Paper-2B. The candidate who intends to be teachers for Classes I to V have to appear for Paper-1A and the candidates intending to be teachers for Classes VI to VIII have to appear for paper-2A. 

The candidate who intends to be teachers for Classes I to V in Special 
Education Schools have to appear for the examination under Paper -1B and 
the candidates who intends to be teachers for Classes from VI to VIII have to 
appear for paper-2B in respect of Special Education Schools. The candidates 
who are having both D.El.Ed. and B.Ed. qualifications, intends to be teachers 
for all Classes from I to VIII are only eligible to appear for all papers, i.e. 
Paper-1A , Paper-1B, Paper-2A and Paper-2B as per requisite qualifications.

 
5.Examination FEE:
The fee towards submission of application online and for the conduct of 
Computer Based Examination is Rs.750/- for each Paper-1A, Paper-1B, 
Paper-2A and Paper-2B separately. Candidates shall pay the fee through 
payment Gateway from 03.07.2024 to 16.07.2024 and submit online 
application at the APTET website http://cse.ap.gov.in from 04.07.2024 to 
17.07.2024
Note: If the candidate who is having both D.El.Ed general/special and B.Ed general/special qualifications desires to apply for all papers, he/she has to pay Rs.750/- for each paper separately.

6. Procedure for Submission of Application Online:

Detailed procedure for applying ONLINE is given in the Information Bulletin. 
Candidates can download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the APTET website http://cse.ap.gov.in from 02.07.2024 onwards. Candidates can submit their applications online from 04.07.2024 to 17.07.2024. No candidate is allowed for Edit / Modify the application once submitted.
Note:-The candidates are instructed to submit the application carefully with full awareness of notification. Any corrections / Modifications will not be considered if candidate need to change or modify he/she has to pay Rs. 750/- with separate application within the due date.
7. EXAMINATION CENTERS:
The APTET-JULY- 2024 will be conducted through ‘ONLINE’ in 24 districts 
except Manyam and ASR in Andhra Pradesh. The candidates belong to 
Manyam and ASR (Alluri Sita Rama Raju) district can opt examination centres in the nearby districts. A window will be opened to the Candidates to opt the DISTRICT and SESSION in the available centers indicated in the website. 
The examination centers will be closed based on the option exercised by the 
candidate (This will be purely on first come first serve basis). No change 
of the examination center will be allowed once opted during the window. If 
once the session capacity of the centers is exhausted then the candidate 
should choose another date and another session at available districts. If the 
candidate failed to opt Examination centre in the prescribed date mentioned above. The department will allot the examination centre in the available examination centers
However, the allotment of examination centers shall be the discretion of the 
department and request for change of examination centers or sessions is not allowed under any circumstances. However preference will be given to PHC candidates by accommodating in the same district.
Note: Candidate should opt in first cum-first serve basis. 
8.Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates at the time of applying for APTET-JULY- 2024 should possess
minimum qualifications prescribed Paper-1A , Paper-1B for a teacher for I to V classes, and Paper-2A, Paper-2B for a teacher for VI to VIII classes as given 
in Information Bulletin. The candidates, who are pursuing final semester in
any of the Teacher Education Courses recognized by the NCTE( National
Council for Teacher Education) or the RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India), 
can also appear for the APTET –JULY- 2024.
However, it is clarified that appearance or a pass in APTET by itself will not 
vest any right for the candidate to be considered for appointment to the post of Teacher in Government / Zilla Parishad / Mandal Parishad / Municipal/AP Model School / Welfare Schools / Society Schools/ Private Un-aided and Private Aided Schools etc., under the control of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh unless he/she possess the qualifications prescribed for appointment to such post in the relevant statutory recruitment rules framed by State Government from time to time or by the said management as on the date prescribed therein., and also pass in Teacher Eligibility Test. The details of qualifications prescribed for APTET-JULY-2024 are provided in the 
Information Bulletin.
 9. Structure, Content and Syllabus of APTET- JULY-2024:
a) The Structure and Content of each part of Paper- 1A & Paper- 1B :
The structure and content of each part of Paper- 1A & Paper- 1B of the 
APTET-JULY- 2024 and the breakup of the total 150 marks among various 
parts of the paper are given in the Information Bulletin. The detail marks 
Weightage criteria procedure are given in the Information Bulletin. Syllabus

b) Structure, Content and Syllabus of Paper- 2A & Paper- 2B
The structure and content of each part of Paper- 2A & Paper- 2B of the

10. Pass Criteria in TET Paper- 1A, Paper- 1B & Paper- 2A, Paper-2B 

APTET-JULY- 2024 Tentative Results will be declared after completion of 
examination. However the final result will be given after final key as per the 
scheduled. The criteria for considering pass mark in APTET-JULY-2024 are
as follows:  

 Note: In case of Differently Abled (Visually, Orthopedically, Hearing Impaired and Autism) candidates clause 10a(iii) will be applicable to differently abled candidates with at least 40% disability based on the valid disability certificate as prescribed by the competent authority as notified by the Government from time to time.
11. Validity period of TET Certificate / Marks Memo:
APTET Certificate / Marks Memo shall remain valid for life time in 
accordance with NCTE guidelines dated: 09.06.2021 as amended by the 
Government in G.O.Ms.No.69, Dated: 25.10.2021. The validity of TET 
qualifying certificate acquired prior to 09.06.2021 shall be life time as per
G.O.Ms.No.69, Dated: 25.10.2021. This certificate will also be made 
available in Digi- Locker from date and time of TET result.
12. Weightage for APTET-JULY-2024 Score for selection in District Selection 
Committee (DSC) Recruitments: 20% Weightage will be given to APTET score in the ensuing Teacher Recruitment of the State Government. In other words, 20% Weightage is for APTET score and 80% Weightage for written test in Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) for drawing up the selection list. 
13. Normalization:
Normalization procedure/Technique will be adopted for APTET -2024.
14. Legal Jurisdiction:
All legal disputes with regard to the conduct of TET shall be subject to the 
Jurisdiction of the Honourable Courts located in the State of Andhra Pradesh only

ఉపాధ్యాయ అర్హత పరీక్ష (టెట్) పాఠ్యప్రణాళికలను పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ మార్పు చేసింది. జాతీయ విద్యా విధానానికి అనుగుణంగా కొత్త ప్రణాళికలో ఐటీ, పర్యావరణం, ఆంగ్ల పాఠ్యాంశాలను అదనంగా చేర్చారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఇప్పటికే 1-6 తరగతుల పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు మారినందున ఈ పాఠ్యప్రణాళికే ఉంటుంది. మిగతా తరగతులకు సంబంధించిన పాత పాఠ్యపుస్తకాల నుంచే ప్రశ్నలు ఇస్తారు. కరోనా కారణంగా డిజిటల్, సాంకేతిక విద్యకు ప్రాధాన్యం పెరిగినందున ఈసారి బహుళ ప్రసార సాధనాలు (ఐసీటీ) సబ్జెక్టును చేర్చారు. పిల్లల అభివృద్ధి, పెడగాజిలో 2018 సంవత్సరం పాఠ్యప్రణాళికతో పోల్చితే 2021లో కొన్ని నూతన పాఠ్యాంశాలు చేర్చారు. ఐసీటీలో 12 పాఠ్యాంశాలను పొందుపర్చారు. ఐసీటీ రెండో విభాగంలో జాతీయ విద్యా విధానానికి అనుగుణంగా వచ్చిన మార్పులు, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ విధానాలు, రాష్ట్రాలు, కేంద్రపాలిత ప్రాంతాలు తీసుకొచ్చే మార్పులను చేర్చారు.

• టెట్ను 1ఎ, 1బీ, 2ఎ, 2బీ పేపర్లుగా నిర్వహిస్తారు.

• టెట్లో అర్హత సాధించాలంటే జనరల్ అభ్యర్థులు కనీసం 60%,

బీసీలు 50%, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలు, దివ్యాంగులు, మాజీ సైనికోద్యోగులు 40% మార్కులు తెచ్చుకోవాలి.

Paper I-A:

• 1ఎ 1-5 రెగ్యులర్ ఎస్జీటీ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఉంటుంది.

• 1ఎ, 1బీ పేపర్లలో 150 మార్కులకు 150 బహుళైచ్ఛిక ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి.

• పిల్లల అభివృద్ధి, పెడగాజీ, భాష-1, 2, గణితం, పర్యావరణంపై ప్రశ్నలు ఇస్తారు.

APPSCC Deputy Educational Officer Screening Test: ఏపీలో డిప్యూటీ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఆఫీసర్ (DyEO) ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి మే 25న నిర్వహించిన కంప్యూటర్ ఆధారిత ప్రిలిమినరీ స్క్రీనింగ్ పరీక్ష ప్రశాంతంగా ముగిసినట్లు ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ఒక ప్రకటనలో తెలిపింది.

ఏపీలోని శ్రీకాకుళం, విజయనగరం, విశాఖపట్నం, తూర్పుగోదావరి, పశ్చిమగోదావరి, క్రిష్ణా, గుంటూరు, ప్రకాశం, నెల్లూరు, చిత్తూరు, కడప, అనంతపురం, కర్నూలు జిల్లాల్లో పరీక్ష కేంద్రాల్లో పరీక్షలు పకడ్భందీగా నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ పరీక్షలకు మొత్తం 28,451 మంది అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోగా.. 21,991 మంది అభ్యర్థులు హాల్టికెట్లు డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకున్నారు. హాల్టికెట్లు డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకున్నవారిలో 18,037 మంది అభ్యర్థులు పరీక్షకు హాజరయ్యారు. మొత్తం 82.02 శాతం ఉత్తీర్ణత నమోదైంది. స్క్రీనింగ్ పరీక్షలో అర్హత సాధించినవారికి తర్వాతి దశలో మెయిన్ (Main) పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఉద్యోగాలకు ఎంపికైనవారికి నెలకు రూ.61,960 – రూ.1,51,370 జీతంగా చెల్లిస్తారు.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో 38 డిప్యూటీ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఆఫీసర్ (DEO) ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (APPSC) గతేడాది డిసెంబరు 22న నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. పీజీ డిగ్రీతోపాటు, బీఈడీ అర్హత ఉన్న అభ్యర్థుల నుంచి జనవరి 9 నుంచి 29 వరకు ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరించింది. దరఖాస్తు ప్రక్రియ ముగియడంతో దరఖాస్తుల్లో ఏమైనా తప్పులుంటే సవరించుకునేందుకు ఏపీపీఎస్సీ అవకాశం కల్పించింది. డిప్యూటీ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఆఫీసర్ (DyEO) ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి సంబంధించిన పరీక్ష హాల్టికెట్లను ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (APPSC) మే 18న విడుదల చేసింది. మే 25న పరీక్ష నిర్వహించింది.

ఖాళీల సంఖ్య: 38.

జోన్లవారీగా ఖాళీలు: జోన్-1: 07 పోస్టులు, జోన్-2: 12 పోస్టులు, జోన్-3: 08 పోస్టులు, జోన్-14: 11 పోస్టులు.

పరీక్ష విధానం..

➥ స్క్రీనింగ్ పరీక్ష: మొత్తం 150 మార్కులకు స్క్రీనింగ్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు. పరీక్షలో మొత్తం 150 ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి. జనరల్ స్టడీస్ & మెంటల్ ఎబిలిటీ నుంచి ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు. పరీక్ష సమయం 150 నిమిషాలు. పరీక్షలో ప్రతి సరైన సమాధానానికి ఒకమార్కు కాగా.. తప్పు సమాధానికి 1/3వ వంతు మార్కులు కోత విధిస్తారు.

➥ మెయిన్ పరీక్ష: మొత్తం 450 మార్కులు మెయిన్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు. పరీక్షలో మొత్తం మూడు పేపర్లు ఉంటాయి. ఇందులో పేపర్-1: జనరల్ స్టడీస్ & మెంటల్ ఎబిలిటీ-150 ప్రశ్నలు-150 మార్కులు-150 నిమిషాలు, పేపర్-2: ఎడ్యుకేషన్-1కు 150 ప్రశ్నలు-150 మార్కులు-150 నిమిషాలు, పేపర్-3: ఎడ్యుకేషన్-2కు 150 ప్రశ్నలు-150 మార్కులు-150 నిమిషాలు ఉంటాయి. పరీక్షలో ప్రతి సరైన సమాధానానికి ఒకమార్కు కాగా.. తప్పు సమాధానికి 1/3వ వంతు మార్కులు కోత విధిస్తారు.

➥ కంప్యూటర్ ప్రొఫీషియన్సీ టెస్ట్:మొత్తం 100 మార్కులకు కంప్యూటర్ ప్రొఫీషియన్సీ టెస్ట్ నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఆఫీస్ ఆటోమేషన్, కంప్యూటర్ వినియోగం, కంప్యూటర్ సాఫ్ట్వేర్లకు సంబంధించిన ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు. పరీక్ష సమయం 60 నిమిషాలు. కనీసం అర్హత మార్కులను ఓసీలకు 40గా, బీసీలకు 35గా, ఎస్సీ-ఎస్టీ-దివ్యాంగులకు 30 మార్కులుగా నిర్ణయించారు.
