All the District Educational Ofcers & Ex. Ofcio Project Coordinators
and the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State
is invited to the reference cited and are informed that Prof. Amarendra P.
Behera, Joint Director, CIET, National Council of Educational Research
and Training (NCERT), New Delhi requested to share the information about
PRASHAST app among all the Stakeholders i.e. IE Coordinators, teachers
and school Principals/Head Masters, School Assistants in Special Education
and IERPs etc. and help to reach out to the stakeholders in a time bound
manner. The scheduled online orientation session on PRASHAST App is
scheduled on 27-08-2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm noon.
Further, it is informed that, the App is now available in 22 diferent
languages included in the VIII Schedule of the Constitution with the aim of
enhancing the usage and handholding the users, a fve day training
programme on the “Pre-Assessment Holistic Screening Tool” (PRASHAST)
App is planned from11:00 am to 12:00 noon, for the month of August
2024. This training will focus on orientation, resolving technical issues, and
providing hands on experience to ensure efective use of the PRASHAST.
Further they requested to communicate to all the stakeholders of
school education such as teachers, principals/Head Masters, Inclusive
Education Coordinators of across the State and UTs and the functionaries
of Samagra Shiksha, special educators and faculty from SCERTs, DIETs,

Therefore you are requested to communicate the above information
to all Inclusive Education Coordinators, Principals, Head Masters, Teachers,
Special Educators, IERPs with instructions to participate online orientation
session (1 hour) on PRASHAST App on 27-08-2024 from 11:00 am to 12
noon.
