Sub : School Education – Urdu Medium Schools changing of school timings
during the period of RAMZAN from 12.03.2024 to 10.04.2024 from
8.00 AM to 1.30 PM - Certain Instructions – Regarding.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that, the President minority
Teachers Association has represented in the reference cited, that the
School timings in Urdu Medium schools in the state may be adopted from
12.03.2024 to 10.04.2024 from 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM during the RAMZAN
period.
Therefore, after examining the matter and permission is accorded to
change the School timings from 12.03.2024 to 10.04.2024 from 8.00 AM to
1.30 PM during the RAMZAN period. Hence, all the Regional Joint Directors
of School Education / District Educational Ofcers in the State are directed
to issue necessary instructions to the Urdu Medium Primary, Upper
Primary, High Schools, Urdu medium parallel sections and Urdu Medium
DIETS in the State.
These instructions are applicable to the above said schools only. The
above change of timing shall not afect the schedule of SSC Public
Examinations or other exams already scheduled in the State
